Manufacturing Solutions & Innovation Intern

We are looking for undergraduate junior and senior level students majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Data Science and Computer Science or a related field for two 12-week internship roles in Gaithersburg, MD from May 18th to August 7th.

Position Duties:

  • Participate in digitalization efforts within the group.

  • Update daily task tracker and batch record feedback tool.

  • Create an automated process flow diagram for new campaign introduction using the existing tools.

Position Requirements:

  • Undergraduate junior and senior level students majoring in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, Data Science and Computer Science or a related field.

  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.

  • Basic understanding of cGMP manufacturing practice is preferred.

  • Intermediate software exposure to Excel, Visio, Smartsheet and PowerBI are a plus.

  • Intermediate coding skills such as Python, C++, Java and API data retrieval or SQL are also a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.

  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.

  • This role will not be providing CPT support.

  • Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 4-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.

  • Compensation range: $37 - $39 hourly
